How can I sign up Train On Top?

Two ways to signup:

1. click the link on top right corner, "Login or Sign up". You can buy course after signed up.

2. When you checkout your shopping cart, click "Login and sign up" banner. You can paid after signed up.

About Purchase & Enrollment

What type of courses are available?

Both eCPD course (online self-learning) and Zoom CPD class are available. A wide variety of topics have been covered in our CPD courses.

How can I enroll to a course?

For eCPD course, you may enroll any time.

For Zoom CPD class, the enrolment starts two weeks prior to the class commencement date until the class is full or two working days before the class (whichever is earlier).

Simply pick your desired course, add it to cart then proceed with payment.

Can I cancel the enrolled course?

Once the purchase is completed, the eCPD course is non-refundable and non-transferrable. For Zoom CPD class, the course would be refunded only if it is subjected to cancellation due to severe weather or unforeseeable circumstances.

Can I register for several courses at one time?

Yes.

About Payment

How can I pay the course fee?

The fee can only be settled  through online payment with Visa or MasterCard.

Any other payment method other than credit card?

Train On Top are exploring different kinds of payment methods. Currently we can only provide online payment with Visa or MasterCard.

I have paid the course by credit card. What next?

Please check your email box.

For eCPD courses, you will then receive an email with direct link to access the course.

For Zoom courses, you will then receive an email with zoom link to access the zoom sessions on the training day.

I don't receive the confirmation email. What can I do?

Please double check if the email box you are checking is the same one you register Train On Top.

Take a look of the Spam folder of email box.

Further check if there is transaction records in credit card account.

If you still cannot found the email, please contact us by email to TRDinfo@oneplatform.com.hk

About Zoom courses

I don't have Zoom. What can I do?

The zoom link in confirm email can be opened by web browsers.

For smoother performance, installation of Zoom app is recommended. The app can be download and installed from its official site: https://zoom.us/

How can I receive the course details after enrollment?

For Zoom CPD class, the class confirmation, zoom link and relevant information will be sent to your registered email address upon successful purchase. Please contact us by email to TRDinfo@oneplatform.com.hk if you do not receive the confirmation within one hour.

About eCPD courses

What equipment are recommended to take e-learning course?

1. Internet-connected computer.

2. Recommend using broadband connection and make sure adequate bandwidth. If using WiFi, please ensure not to have other devices with high traffic flow (e.g. TV boxes or mobile phones playing streaming videos) using WiFi at the same time.

3. Google Chrome or Firefox is recommended.

4. Continual identity authentication is required by IA for E-learning activities, so you will be receiving one-time password sent to your registered mobile phone number by SMS during the course. Please ensure that your mobile network can receive SMS from Hong Kong.

How can I receive the course details after enrollment?

For eCPD course, the e-learning link and relevant information will be sent to your registered email address upon successful purchase. Please contact us by email to TRDinfo@oneplatform.com.hk if you do not receive the confirmation within one hour.

Why the course is playing in poor quality?

1. Recommend using broadband connection and make sure adequate bandwidth. 

2. Avoid using mobile data networks.

3.If using WiFi, please ensure not to have other devices with high traffic flow (e.g. TV boxes or mobile phones playing streaming videos) using WiFi at the same time.

4. If you are using a computer, stop other multi-tasking programs.

5. Google Chrome or Firefox is recommended. Both can be downloaded online free of charge.

About issues after course

How can I get a certificate for the course?

The certificate will be sent to your registered email address within three working days upon the successful course completion.
